A uniform coaching curriculum
Enthusiastic promoters

Save your breath. Nobody is interested. The status quo suits many people just fine.

There are organizations (BCA, APA, TAP, WPPA, etc.) who could work together and the basis for a coaching curriculum (PBIA, ACS).

The problem is finding promoters with the "enthusiastic" adjective. Inclusive with that adjective is the desire to work on a national/worldwide purpose. And those who are currently active in their projects already spend all their efforts to stay afloat. They don't have any bandwidth for a "Don Quixote" purpose.

I'm as supportive of an all-encompassing worldwide vision as anyone. When I do see one that I believe has a chance and encompasses participation from all players - I will be on board.
