A shout out to John Barton

I recently bought a used Instroke case and I contacted John with a couple of questions regarding the Instroke products. It is not often you can have direct correspondence with the creator of a product and John was extremely helpful and gracious with his time. Just wanted to pass along what a class act he is.

I've never bought one thing from John Barton, and he's still been one of the nicest people I have met and gotten to know on the tournament trail.

I always enjoy his conversation, and he's actually a smart cookie about a lot of non-pool-related topics. John is okay in my book. :smile:

It has been my experience in the pool world that those who are successful in their chosen pool-related endeavors seem to be targets for jealous nincompoops to take aim at. :frown:

Fortunately, for people like John Barton and other successful businessmen, they follow through and make things happen. There is what separates the lions from the, well, nincompoops. :grin-square:

Not in the slightest, but not sure I'll wear those kind of heels in Vegas again! Should have aimed more for comfortability than cuteness. Next time, wedges :)
