Where are you located?

Get some type of website of your own up as soon as you can, maybe try to get a part time job with a local dealer, almost any established dealer can help someone out trying to start their own buisness one way or another, you dont have to tell them anything other than you have expierience, tell them you were somebodys helper.

works for me...

As a retired hack, just post on craigslist. Also, like the other poster suggested, a web site always works. Creates credibility.

I live in Atlanta and have been involved with the industrie since 91"I pretty much know everyone in Atlanta or Ga.If I can help with contact's pm me.

Web site, business cards, Kijiji (sort of like craigslist in Canada) - all these were great help getting my biz going. Just get your name out there where people can see it. Pics on your web site of some of your jobs will help tremendously, as well as a partial list of businesses you've done work for - they'll end up being some of your best references. Potential customers will call them before they call you (no kidding!). Good luck!!!
