I have an extra quick change toolpost laying around I don't need, it is the anodized A2Z quick change with 2 standard tool holders and one cutoff blade holder. It has a upgraded spring loaded metal handle on top so you don't have to fool with finding a wrench to loosen it.
It has a small nick as seen in the picture but it doesn't effect anything and it works fine, (ignore the dust on it :) )

SOLD

I know WHERE to get those spring loaded handles, but can anyone tell me the thread diameter of the stud and how long the stud is ???

A2Z makes them for all sorts of lathes so the bolt will be different. Here's a PDF from their website with the various models....

I like the idea of the spring loaded handle -- can you point me to where you found them?

Yea, I know they make a ton of different ones, but I was referring to this specific model shown above as I have the same one. I was at work at the time of my post and couldn't measure my own, I just took my bolt out and measured it since no-one posted up after I got home that evening.

As far as the handles, here is a link to McMaster Carr, they have any handle you'de possibly need.

Just a Question...

Will this Quick Change Tool Post work on a High Tower lathe?

I'm new to this stuff...sorry if my question appears rudimentary.

thanks,
jwe
