Can anyone tell me what generation XBreaker this is and verify that it is not a knock off / copy. Should there be a signature somewhere? Thanks!

Third gen, no knock off, logo is on the bumper/maxximizer.

Thanks for the information. I thought the third generation XBreaker's had a concave center in the tip. This tip appears to be phenolic or G10 with no groves or concave center.

No, not all of them (the third gens) have the grooves, the tip is the Xtreme Tip, not phenolic.
