I use a 21 oz Sledgehammer with a G-10 tip. Since I am a novice, I do not have much credibility. However, I was invited to play in a league tonight & during the course of the invitation 4 superior players played 9 ball & 8 ball with me.
They all decided to use my break cue all evening & were extremely impressed. They even enjoyed the weight, which goes against the conventional wisdom suggesting lighter break cues.
I have no vested interest. I am not selling these cues.
Since I have received so much good advice & information on this Forum, I am just sharing this experience in an effort to reciprocate.
