I'm from Atlanta not Birmingham but I was at Iron City Billiards once and it is probably the nicest pool room I've ever been in, one of the nicest for sure. Seven footers on one side for league play I think and nine footers on the other. All Diamonds, the friendliest staff you could imagine, clean as a whistle, etc. The only negative to me is the big sign at the bar that says they serve 1.25 oz drinks, but like so much in life, money can solve that problem. I definitely would check it out.
