action in nc?

-
Jon kucharo.....lately, I hear that name more&more on AZ and around the pool table.....just happened to pass by him the other day around town.
Maybe the pool gods have something brewing'
I think we all would like to see him get back into pool.
Oh' and great to see you here! Hope you can share more of your pool knowledge.

Without players like wimpy there might not of been any Jon kucharos/"strong players" etc.

i had the unfortunate pleasure of shooting john for $200 a set,i was down 2sets and playing a third when my friend realized who he was and told me. i ended up losing $600 to him that night. later that night i went and looked him up on azb,and realized just how lucky i really was to only lose $600. just like you,i would love to see him play again.

for a small 3 table room, we can't complain, there has been no shortage of action here. mike davis is in town now,as well as a road player from arkansas.last weekend we had some strong players from new bern come to town, and they both got action.

for all you nc players heading to the us open,we will be holding a qualifier at colonial cues in elizabeth city for the east coast 9 ball championships on sat oct 12th (day before open).we are right on your way, only 45 minutes south of the chesapeake. if you don't know about this tournament you need to check it out (actionpooltour.com). half the spots are already filled and you have to win your way in. the qualifier starts at noon and will be over in plenty of time for you to get to the open.this will be a good opportunity for all the raleigh and wilmington area players. there also will be no shortage of action in the house
