Adachi is an area in Tokyo. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adachi,_Tokyo Don't think anyone named Adachi made them. BTW, its 'ADAM' cues not Adams.

I thought this was clear years ago but still often see them called Adam cues.

Current example on eBay with both names (Lishan and Ada Chi) and the logo on the same cue.

These are rings common on these cues, often confused with custom cue rings. Often people will say they can't be "Taiwan" rings because there is textile grain in the rings, they have to be plastic. Not true of the better ones as I show here.
