Adams AA series - any experience?

OK, first off, I know it's not a $5000 cue, and I have those on order, but I have been playing with a junker for years and want something decent to bang with.

I have a Titleist coversion and 2 on Davis blanks on the way, so don't waste time telling me to get something expensive.

Basically I've been hunting around for a cue under $300 and after the chatter on here about the "decent" cues coming out of China, the Adams AA series have caught my eye.

Anyone hit with one of these and any major good or bads? These are the Southwest Style Pin, flat face joint.

Adams is a big, old company, right? I"d be surprised if they were crap, but I"m hoping to hear a first hand report.

Thanks.

You probably won't get much here.

You probably won't get much feedback here. You might get more information posting your question in the main forum or perhaps in the Cue Reviews forum. Just a suggestion.

Hey,

I have a MALI Szamboti tribute cue test hit only you can buy for $175 plus fees & shipping. It has ebony points, 4 veneers, and nice ringwork that makes it look like a Szam. PM me if interested.

Any of the cuemakers that frequent this site can make you a better cue, and some will do it for not much more. You want advice on production cues go to a retailer.
