I started wondering while reading the GSBT thread..
What are the legallities involved in such a scenario:
Offering a $10 entry fee, but being able to add as much as you want to it, like a poker pot.
Those that pay in the $10 are eligible for all monies entered in under the premise of a $10 entry + any added. If I put in $20, that would add an additional $10 for anyone else willing to put in $20 or more. That means, anyone could enter the tournament and feel free to pay whatever they want and would then be eligible for any monies that are matched by other players (or be refunded for any excesses).
