Adding weight ??

About 25 years ago a fellow wanted me to add six ozs. to a stick and so as not to have all of the weight in the very back I pulled the pin and drilled a 1/4" hole 12" deep and took birdshot, mixed it with epoxy and little by little I rammed it in with a rod and then reinstalled the pin. I then added weight to the back of the butt to bring it up to final weight.

You could consider having the joint pin changed to a longer, heavier one if that is possible. Another option is selling the cue and having one made more to the specs you're after. Been there done that.
