i just saw an ae cue on bamacues homepage and i really liked how it looked. i was wondering what everyone here thought about ae cues? craftsmanship? playability? and so on

Personally after going to a few events and seeing many of the high end cue makers work in person I would say that my the AE cues are near the top of my list. They all just looked great in person. I can't say anything about the playability but they are very pleasing to the eye.

A friend has 1 and i have hit atleast a dozen balls with both of his shafts... 1 shaft had a much stiffer hit than the other but over all the hit was good and the workman ship is superb. Alof of long narrow ivory diamonds in the butt end with a black leather wrap if i am not mistaken. i don't think you can go wrong with 1 myself...............................mike

I've met the guys from AE numerous times at the trade shows. And I feel like they are among the very best cue makers out there. They produce tremendously beautiful cues and have a very unique design style that is there own when it comes to there higher end cue models. And among the cues of their's that I have shot I have found them to be all extremely consistent. They have about 3 different design styles of their's that are in the $4000+ range that I would very much like to add to my collection. But my money has to goto new camera gear right now.
