Airline lost bag with son's cues after Junior Nationals trip

We had a bad experience with luggage on a Spirit flight. They were rude, lied to us about where the bag was and in the end, some of the contents were stolen.

The worst part was the attitude of the Spirit personnel.

That's about what I was reading. The people that were helping me at the counter at Logan were decent enough, although getting any info after I left has been impossible.

Got a call this morning, they found my bag and are sending it to my house today :smile::thumbup::happydance::woot:

Although my son may be a bit sad since he may have been looking forward to a new cue to try something different LOL

Thanks everyone, cue (and the rest of my stuff too I guess LOL) just arrived. Next time I'll be really thinking about shipping it to the hotel ahead of time.
