Al Romero Sp

I just acquired a sneaky pete that the guy stated he bought from Al Romero in 1988. How can I tell if it is an Al Romero? The pin is a flat bottomed 3/8-11 or 10, I haven't measured it yet and the joint collar is straight black. Anything helps.

Call HardTimes in Bellflower. Al's shop is right above the pool room. Certainly he can confirm that it's one of his cues.

Nice sneakies.

I have had 4 different Al Romero sneaky petes over the years. I still currently have one. None of these cues have ever had any markings to indicate that Al Romero made them. The way I knew they were his cues is that I ordered them directly from him at his shop on the second floor of Hardtimes in Bellflower California.He makes a nice sneaky pete that plays well. I have parted with the other three (regretfully) but I will always keep the one I have now.
