Alcano/Souquet FINALS video!

I guess you can't look a "gift horse in the mouth", but it would have been nice to see the racks that Ralph won. Oh well, thanks for uploading some of the match.

Regards,

Doug

Here it is, a video is worth a thousand words! The 2006 WPC presentation
were Ralf cried unabashly and Ronnie's story about how he accidentally
discovered his "soft-draw break". Ronnie's explanation was in Tagalog but
this is what he said, "It was on my 3rd match in the elimination stages that
I decided to try to break soft. I accidentally drew the CB. The CB and the 1
ball landed great. That's when I decided to use it and try to copy that break
finish over and over again."

That's a better translation than Anthony Suntay's "in a nutshell" and quite liberal translation of what Ronnie said.

Good. Can let the world see how the break can win WPC.

That's right! And mainly how the smarter player can adjust to the conditions better than the others who kept on using their inconsistent breaking methods without making the appropriate adjustments. The losers deserved it for they didn't use their brain power to the fullest.:p
