Does anyone know the start time for tomorrow's match. Also, seems like it would be common logic to state basic information on posters, ie date and TIME Thanks

lots of events have on the fly changes

steinway billiards use instagram or facebook or a phone directory

A friend of Alex P. told me yesterday that this match with Reyes Gomez was cancelled due to a conflict with WPC in the Philippines!

Roy's Basement Facebook: "Update: Players, backers and the bets are in NY now. They are still working out the kinks of the match and all so no time yet when they will start and unfortunately there will be no livestream. We are sorry to disappoint you guys. "

The rules of Last-Pocket-8-Ball can be quite different from venue to venue.
I'm told that Dominican Last-Pocket-8-Ball rules must be agreed upon by backers and players prior to the match.
Even so, when Alex made the 8-Ball on the break, there was some confusion.
But it was quickly settled and the match continued.
Alex showed everyone that his One-Pocket knowledge and smart play can overcome any tricky game.
Reyes was completely outclassed, even though this is his best game.

Noone should be surprised that Reyes was outclassed, he's been going after the top of the top since coming over here. He's very stubborn about it and a lot of us have told him to start small and move up. He's very talented no doubt, but he has yet to realize he's dealing with a different beast of action player here in the US compared to DR.

He'd have a hard time finding a stronger 'moves' player than Alex anywhere on the planet. I give the man and especially his backers credit for stepping up. This last pocket gaff game plays right into Alex's wheel house. Playing it with a soft break made it even more so. He probably would have had a stronger chance playing 9 ball, (on the spot / template).
