Earl is Alex's hero....he's starting out slow (equipment-wise) but the
ear muffs are on order.
..seriously...tennis elbow or similar.

It looks like one of those under armor sleeves, maybe he is just trying to keep his shooting arm warm? I have heard its very cold in the event centre this year.

EDIT: Yesterday it looked like an under armor sleeve, today it looks to be neoprene.
Maybe he went out and found a target store close by and picked it up.
Whatever it is, its working!

I don't know for sure, but could it be one of those neoprene sleeves to temporarily cover body art? (E.g. do we know for sure Alex didn't get some tats, perhaps a sleeve, like Lee Van Corteza did?) A work colleague of mine recently got himself a sleeve (full arm tat) during the summer months, and since he wore short-sleeve collar shirts to work, he wore one of these neoprene sleeves to cover his arm art in his official capacity.
I don't know if that might be the case with Alex -- the possibility of tats -- hence why I'm posing the question. Anyone?
