2 years ago I bought 2 machines from align rite, one was a cnc, and the other shaft machine we never got the shaft machine running rite. This was a design fro Bob Griffin aka "mad bob" he had align rite convinced he had 10 of these machines sold so align rite started and made this proto type which I bought. It needed much improvement in the design we completely rebuilt the machine from the Gounod up, new gear box, bearings ,rails and much more we had over 200 hours in re-dueing this machine. The machine now is ready to roll we will be running shafts this week to get it tunned in
it does 8 dowels or 4 squares at a time and can done 400 to 500 shafts in a 8 hour day.We are 80%sure we have this machine sold.One of the main reasons we are making some new cnc designs is, all the headaches I went through myself ,and some of you folks have been through the same thing. Well these days are over.... here is what we are prepared to offer you. High quality machines built in our shop not subbed out and assembled.
