The 2016 All Japan Championship from Arcaic Hall in Amagasaki City, Japan. A World Pool-Billiard Association (WPA) and Asian Pocket Billiards Union (APBU) sanctioned event. Men's and Women's division this year is 9-Ball.
Format for the Men's division is alternating break, rack your own. For round of 128 players its double elimination, race to 9. For round of 64 players its single elimination, race to 11.
Format for the Women's division is winner break, rack your own. For round of 64 players its double elimination, race to 7. For round of 16 players its single elimination, race to 9.
Between rounds the stream shuts down. When the real time scoreboard re-loads the stream will come back up and action for the next round starts.
