All-weather Table Recommendation

I have a friend who is a non-AZB member and I told him I would pose this question to the group.

He is moving into a shore house with a ground level rec room that will have no heat or air conditioning. There may be a dehumidifier or portable a/c during the summer. The house may stand vacant for the winter months. Keep in mind that there is quite high humidity and sub-freezing temperatures during these winter months. He wants to buy an all-weather table and is looking for a recommendation. Any suggestions and personal experiences would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for any input.

Yeah, doesn't sound like something you'd want to put a table through and expect it to remain any way near level. I googled also and saw quite a variety with a vast price range. Hoping to hear from someone who has maybe had some actual experience with one or more, rather than just the hype of an ad.

I saw an outdoor table but didn't get to play on it. It seems like the structure could be made to withstand the elements very feasibly but I don't know about the cloth. On the other hand, this is not exposed to sun and rain so it's less severe than it could be. I think I've seen a couple of people on here that have tables on porches and similar places, I hope someone will chime in.
