aluminum weight bolts

Any one know of local (hardware store, Lowes etc.) retailers who carry 3/8X16 beveled head aluminum weight bolts? I normally don't use these type of weight bolts but am building a classic style cue with a acrylic butt plate and need a lightweight bolt. I see that Atlas carries them but don't need much of anything else to make up an order.

Prather has them 2.5 inches long for $2.00 each. If they drop it in the mail it won't cost as much as the gas and time lost looking for it.
