8ball and 9ball events : Men,Women,and Seniors
Equipment: 8ft Olhausen Tables with aramith balls and simonis cloth
One time registration fee and no coin per game fees

8Ball Mens: 1st Place $3000 (min $1000)

Womens: 1st $1000 (min $300)

Seniors: 1st $1000 (min $350)

9Ball Men : 1st $4000 (min $1500)

womens: 1st $1200 (min $400)

Seniors: 1st $1400 (min $500)

Perhaps you should have read Charlie's post instead of slamming him. If you read the previous thread, the venue was somewhat less than satisfactory to a lot of players. Charlie's post says they're playing on 8 foot Olhausens this time around, using Aramith balls. Sounds like Charlie has listened and this year will be an improvement.

Is anyone else going to going to Jacksonville for this event? I'll be going there after Vegas, and I'm interested in splitting a motel room. I've found a deal for a car and hotel for a total of $87 a night. If anyone is interested in getting down on this PM me and we'll see if we can work someting out.

Does the amateur tournaments usually draw a good number of entrants? if so how are the payouts?

Last year about 150 different players in all the divisions.hopefully more this time.
1st place payouts are guaranteed if you see above info.
