Amazing Closest Jump Shot I Seen

You have a couple of different shots here. Yeah, with a full cue as in the video in slo mo it's a foul, but if you notice the pool cue is beyond vertical, and is a full cue. So the cue ball is hitting the cue a second time.

In the video we're questioning though, the cue (shaft only) is slanted toward the shooter and gets out of the way when the shot is made, and the cue ball can't hit the cue a second time because of the slant of the shaft in relation to the cue ball.

There is absolutely NO WAY he is doing that shot with a full cue. He is shaft jumping, which is illegal in tournies b/c a jump cue has to be atleast 42". I have seen people do this shot with a dollar bill between them with a shaft jump.
