Try Schmelke. Aluminum 2". Works great.

afaik you have to buy ct stuff. haven't seen aftermarket ct extensions. they may be out there but i've looked on various asian sites and found nothing.

I have a couple of these. They work well.

Edited to add: Usually, anything that fits a modern Viking cue fits a Joss as well.
