amboyna burl cue

Will a cue constructed with Amboyna Burl Forearm, Amboyna burl recut points with ebony and holly, Amboyna burl hoppe butt be structurally sound. I considering having a playing cue made using the above specs. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If it's properly cored with at least a 3/4 inch dowel, it should be as solid a cue as can be put together by whoever builds it.
