AMF playmaster

I have a 7ft AMF playmaster. It plays good and I enjoy the table but the felt is not the best. Just wondering what are all your guys opinions on the table compared to say a brunswick witch I believe AMF bought them out at one point of time but I could be wrong. And I'm buying new felt and bumpers and bumper facings they are on the way along with a table level kit that has beeswax and I have contact cement. I was going to try to refelt it myself as there is not a company that does this within 70 miles. Should I try to do this myself or should I bite the bullet and have a pro do it witch seeing I live like 70 miles from one will more then likely be expensive. I'm pretty handy when it comes to diy project. Like I refoamed and dust cap speakers just last week and came out great and only cost me $30 instead of the pro that wanted 300

Yeah I'm pretty sure playmaster have always used the k66 according to a website I read here the link. What's funny is it is same site lol https://forums.azbilliards.com/threads/amf-cushions.57915/
