I'd love to get a frame by frame review of her match. She's playing Janette lee at the moment i think.

WOOOT. Kamila won from Pan the #5 of the WPBA ranking list who the amway cup in 2007, and is now leading against the #3 jaenette lee.

I knew kamila is at her age the best poolplayer in the world, but that she could raise her game even more and beat the best female players around, that makes me very happy !! Now i know, this girl will be the future WC'. 13y old and SO many years yet to come !

Looks like Kamila is off to a great start, one upset already and another one may be coming Solartje. Hope she keeps it up!

Yes, thist first match was really a big moment for me. She won the European Championschip in her first visit last year, but this is still something different. These are not -18, and these are the top of the world. This is her first real test. taking into account the jetlag, her first big tournament with woman, she might shoke in her first matches, but she's not. Thats the difference between a good player and a champion.

Im SO glad for her, her first big win is in the pocket, and even more glad she is raising her game even more. Last weekend, she was stringing 4packs like if it was nothing. If she can step it up even more, she might even have a chance for a very good finish.

I know im talking alot about her, but its just frustrating to know a talent like her has been playing on a old beat up table in some garage for years and no one ever noticed her. I hope she will get some media atention from around the world, and most of all: that she can find a good sponser. Because i wont be able to find 4k $ every x months, so i can send her to places like the amwaycup, the EC, etc .

Thanks to poolclubs who where so nice to help us out with good material (cue's, jumpcue's etc) and thanks to all the players from our country who have payed for the full expenses of the trips, she is slowly getting the best tools to get there.

I should find some time in the weekends and this summer to make her a profesional website, and i'll do anything i can to help her out. At the moment we are trying to get her belgium nationailty so at least the national pool federation can help her with funds for big tournaments.

If any sponser reads this, feel free to PM me. An unknown tallent like her doesnt come along every day.

WIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII HAPPY SOLLY :grin-square: WIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII

Sorry Solly,

Jeanette won it 7-2.
Kamilla did play good from what I saw. She missed one or two that let JL at the table and JL wasn't much into giving the table back.
Kamilla is going to be a fantasic player in the years to come!

I know its streaming, but I work for the state :)
I cant just install some program on these computeres :p
Big brother is watching me.

lucky me, its a holliday tomorow and then its weekend, so with the snooker semi finales and finales and the amway cup, im not leaving my tv for the whole weekend :D

To bad she lost, but jeanette is probably one of the favorits here. She has been playing very strong lately. (and kamila knows who jaenette is :D, i dont think she knew who pan was)

Looking forward to the next matches !! thanks azb and tbeaux :)

Hey Solly,

From where I came in...score was 4-1....Kamilla finished rack so 4-2.....Kamilla breaks ,sinks 2......made a few 3?? ,missed a short cut into the corner,JL ran out had break back. During the rest it was all JL....Kamilla had one chance when JL played a safe but I think they are playing that you have to hit a rail after cause she hit the ball and moved it to a safe position but they gave JL ball in hand.JL all after that.

Kamilla looked very calm and attentive during match but near the end and after you could tell she was nervous...she knocked overr a stick and after dropped her shaft when breaking her stick down.:o

But Solly you are absolutely right...THAT KID HAS GAME!

Terry

Oh...JO Ashton vs Y C Lin now for all the AZB Canucks!

Yeah i was expecting that she would be nurveous on the TV table

Same thing happened last year in the european championship.
She was playing the lights out, and when she had to play in front of the TV camera she totally lost it. Luckily she still had a chance in the 9ball event, and she overcame the Tv problem, as she had to play some easy matches in front of the tv, and once she got used to it, she won it all.
I remember the first thing she said to me: "I hate tv tables, i feel like if 1 million people are watching me" :D

I think she will do better next time she gets on a tv table. She HATES losing, and when she does lose a match, you can be sure her next match she'll up that level even more. everytime i look at her :) i know why i'll never become a champion.

This kid has the best longpot game ive ever seen. she still has enough room to improve in her table managment, avoiding scratches, and basic table experience, but the stroke, her longpots and her concentration are just amazing.

enough rambling :p i sound like a groupy
