An Early Christmas Gift For My Fellow AZers!

Check out # 41. The illustration, if the OB is being cut into the side it appears as if the CB is being struck with inside English. If it is being shot down to the corner pocket it is being struck with outside English.

It's very possible that I have been mistaken for 50 odd years ( well, most of them were odd), but I won't be confused because I'll just ignore it. That's what I do with most things I disagree with.:withstupid:

Gotta bump this. I have to have some response to my last post about
tip # 41. It just seems wrong to me. But I do a lot of things wrong shooting pool. Here's my chance to clear one of them up.

The picture may have nothing at all to do with tip #41. Pm George and ask him but I doubt it.

I verified with George Fels that tip # 41 is incorrect.This is his message to me;

"George. If you use left English while cutting a ball to your left, that's inside. It's that simple. Good luck with your newbies and your game, and happy holidays. Best regards, GF"

Compare that to tip #41;

""Outside English( ie. English on the same side as the direction of your cut shot.")

nevertheless, with that correction, the list of tips is very valuable and I thank you for posting them.

George
