An Open Challenge For Efren Reyes

You've got no chance at that bet. Theres a story that's been circulating around the southeast for years that at a Tournament years ago Efren was getting ready to play Wade Crane and Wade was warming up and left to go to the bathroom leaving his cue crossways thru the center of the table. As the story goes he stepped up and ran the rack around the cue without moving it. I asked Wade earlier this year and he said it didn't happen, But I have a few friends that swear they saw it.

Everytime that DCP posts, it makes me sad to say I'm from Indiana.

Bitch, moan, Bitch, moan, give it a rest.

or like Shorty said, quit playing pool.

U12,
Do you live in Indiana? If so, maybe DCP would invite you to come over to get a first-hand perspective on what the issues are and report back.

ok, here's the scoop. any poster out there know Efren? have him come to my house, let me break racks of 9-Ball for about 2 hours. if Efren can run two (2) racks off of my break in that 2 hour period i will send $100 to every regular here on the AZBilliards forum. the only reason i say 2 and not just 1 is because i assume he could luck out and run 1 rack.

this is a safe bet for me. i made 5 balls on the break tonight, and had NO SHOT!!!!!! of those remaining 4 balls i had to make 2 difficult bank shots to run the rack. all i get are horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible rolls all of the time.

good luck Efren.
you might decide to give the game up.

Now I hate to be negotive, but if you are able to run out with the cue ball in the center of the table 1 out of every say 15 racks, then your break sucks period. You need to not only be productive on the break (pocket a ball), but also see what balls are pocketing (if the 1 and 2 with regularity) and play for positon on the lowsest ball (if the center of the table isn't a good place for what ever reason). Watch some of the better pros (with good breaks), see how they change what they do depending on how the table is breaking. They play rfor the highest percentidge after the break.

If you can't control the cue ball, then your hitting harder than you are cappable of.

Just sime thoghts from a guy who has the oppiset problem, I break, play postion with the break have an open table and can't run out (yep I really suck at pool).

Why do you keep beating yourself up with 9-ball. There are other games that you might be able to excel at if you put some into it. How about 14.1??
Your shitty break should be perfect!! Even though you only need to have two balls come out of the rack and touch a rail, you could just slam them like you usually do, and with your rotten luck your opponent would NEVER have a shot. If you're playing alone, it doesn't matter because you aren't expected to make a ball on the break and leave a good shot to begin with.
I think straight pool is YOUR game!

DCP...you seriously need a massive attitude overhaul. Either take the time to learn the game or quit.

I am in a wheelchair and play one handed with my own bridge. I got my a$$ kicked yesterday 2 and out in my first Fury amatuer tournament...and I swear I don't whine a tenth as much as you do.

Get a clue, or go find a new hobby.

Shorty
Thank you shorty............

Alright since a lot of people here dont want your petty money... Just go ahead, get your little calculator out and give me all the money combined.... I'll find someone that looks like ER and have him win your little 2 games.
