It doesn't get any better.

One year I said to Andy,"Any steaks this year?". He replied,"Nick we were just going on a steak run and were on our way to ask if you wanted some." I thought he was kidding but I said,"Two ribeyes sounds good for me." Then Dock said," What is this steaks? I'll take one ribeye."
They went out of their way and still do to make it a point to make every one envolved feel at home. The tournamnet was and is as fine a tournament as any.
Great people ans alot of fun. I let a guy I was beating buy a set from me because I wasn't paying attention to where I was on the board just having fun and not planning to come back Sunday but had to.
I would have been last two on the winners side the way things turned out because Stoney didn't show that Sunday! Willl won that one. Ran over everyone that matched up with him.
Great burgers too cooked at the back door on a charcoal grill!
Great fun.
Nick :)

All I can say after playing in this tourney this weekend. there were 104 ppl in it. I was suppose to play first match at 3pm; did not play till after 430 next match was suppose to play at 9pm did not play till after 1030pm, next match was suppose to play at 11pm, did not play till after midnight. after that it was all a blur. I did not finish my last match until 530am and if I would have won would have had to be back by 11 for check in. All I can say is I am glad the kid I played had better endurance then me. I lost 7-5. I got home at 650 am this morning and woke up at 1pm no way I could have been even half way fresh for the next match.
some of the better known players there. Johnny Archer, Tommy Kennedy, and Cliff Joyner. A friend of mine put Cliff in loser bracket first round very good match. well that is it for now. off to play some pool.
