Another cheappp cue - McDermott D2 in rough shape.

Listing this just to see if anyone is actually interested in it. It's one hell of a frankenstein cue, but it plays, and it plays well. Just doesn't look all that good.

The shaft is a McDermott with a plain black collar, doesn't match the diameter of the butt exactly (the butt joint is bigger by approx 0.5mm total).
Some slight bluing. New Triangle tip, few small dings near the back of the shaft.
This shaft is straight, but when I first received it, it had a small roll to it. Seems to have straightened itself out over time, but buyer beware.

The butt has serious finish issues. The joint has finish missing/chips in the finish, and there's numerous dings and finish chips in the forearm. There is a large chunk of topcoat missing near the wrap on the forearm (the tape from the wrap install peeled it off), but the undercoat is still glossy. Few finish lifts/chips in the butt sleeve as well.

**The buttcap is the main and biggest note about the cue. It shattered into many pieces, and was glued back together as best as possible, with cyanoacrylate filling in the missing parts, as I could not afford, and wasn't willing to replace the butt cap on such a cheap cue. The finish on the butt cap is mostly gone from sanding the filler smooth, and what's left is uneven. There are still bits missing as you can see from the pictures.

Black leather wrap, weight is about 19oz.

Slight joint lift of the butt when rolled, but the tip stays on the table when the cue is rolled together.

I believe this is all that is wrong with the cue, but don't hold me to it. It's definitely in very rough shape, and needs a new buttcap and a refinish.

I'm asking $SOLD shipped for this thing. Awesome player for the price if you don't care about how it looks. Paypal, shipped USPS Priority Insured. If you feel the price is still too high, make an offer, although I would wager the shaft alone is worth a good portion of that.

Price drop to $60 shipped! I don't think you can find a cue like this for much cheaper than that. At this price it may even be worth fixing it up :p
