Wow that is amazingly generous of you King. I know it can be hard to part with something that someone took the time to hand craft for you.

Regards and best of luck to all the AZ'ers that are in this give away.

Headmuses.

Thank you I will be picking the winner late tonight....It is tough from what I have reaed so far ... I see now why Bob gave away several cues ...

Cue Giveaway

First, I'd like to say that in the few months I have been on this forum, I have determined that the majority of the posts here have been of higher caliber and class than most other internet forums. Woofing, fun, humor and honest exchanges of opinion happen all the time. Here also, are found hearts of gold.

Donna is our BCA league team captian. She is a single lady who works hard, yet pool is where her life seems to focus. Her job provides a very limited income, yet she is continually called upon to run local tournaments (un-compensated), and provide advice to players and teams. She is also a strong player. This year (my first year on the team) our group won the season. The leadership Donna provided coupled with her true love of the game proved to be the inspiration the team needed for the final win.

I am not asking for a cue for Donna. At the end of the season - we all pitched in and bought her a Schon (her lifelong dream).

I simply wanted to say *BRAVO* and pass on my sincerest regrets that you will not personally see the look in the eyes of the new owner. I have been lucky enough to have had that priveldge - and it was beautiful.

Just wanted to thank those of you that responded to this thread ... I wish I could give everyone of you a cue and it breaks my heart that I can't because I sure would like to be able to help all of you out ... At least Cor found someone that was willing to help out ... And maybe someone else will step up to help some of the others ... I had a real tough time with this and it is tough choice ... But I have decided to give the cue to Headmuses and have him forward it to Doug I have always had a soft spot for the older gentlemen of the game as he described in his post ... And if I can help to give back just a little of what some of these guys have given to so many including me as it was a older guy that took the time to teach me the game ,then it will make me feel better about myself as a person... I know everyone in this thread is very worthy of having a nice cue to play with ... Unfortunatly at this time I only have the one to part with and for that I apologize ... Headmuses I hope that Doug enjoys the cue and I hope he accepts it and puts it to good use ... I won't be there to see the look in his eye when you give it to him but I hope you give me a update on rather he likes the cue or not ... And thanks alot to everyone that took the time to post in this thread ... And I hope that all of you find the cue that you or yours deserve ... It is a great game we share .... And this was a tougher choice to make then I figured it would be to make ... Thanks to all of you again...

Wow The King you are the best

All I can say is WOW!!! Doug is in for one big surprise for sure. I am going to arrange to get a few friends who know him together for a few games, then after setting him up royally, I will break out the cue and present it to him with a little story pre-hand. I will get one of my buddy's to take a photo of the moment so I can send it to you King. You wont be there in person, but the least I can do for you is to get you a chance to enjoy the moment after the fact for your generosity. I thank you pre-hand because I know Dougie is going to be speachless.

Regards

Headmuses
