To Tim: as I said I have some ideas as for some good players... merry widows with some nice rings, linen wrap, shafts at around 13 mm tip and the main thing some great for feeling and hitting woods. Once I have something to offer I'll let you know;).

I’ve spoken with quite a few players that all expressed interest in getting a Sneaky Pete travel cue.

The general feeling was a price range of $500-$750 for a cue but the weight & shaft size had to be
what the player wants, not a standard 13 mm shaft. The joint could be wood to wood and the cue
can be sans any wrap. A few players would like a Purple Heart version and the others wanted maple.

I think there’s demand for nice SP cues intended to be a travel cue or just for playing in local leagues.
If the cues could be around $500, it seems like a no brainer since people pay more than that for a case.
I’m surprised a cue maker hasn’t offered a line of sneaky Pete cues, plain & fancy, but in a limited number.
