Another help ID this old cue thread!

Found this in a stack of old cues in my shop, started to toss it in the junk pile but after looking close it seems to be an ok cue for it's age.

I can find no markings. Cue screws together nicely and feels solid. Any ideas what brand this is?

Abe rich, Florida cue, or Rich Q? Something like that...
