Hey!

I have only recently started breaking from the left side rail when playing 9 ball. Used to break only from the box.

I filmed some breaks today. (this time it's about a 3 minute video, not an hour :D)

Is there anything you can see from the video that I am doing wrong? How to produce a break like my last break more frequently?

What exactly happens with the cueball when it stops like that after contacting the one ball at good speed?

Oh, and this table is an 8 footer.
The corner pockets are 4.2 inches wide. Is this normal for an 8-footer?

Thanks for any help!

Margus...In your video you look like you're trying to copy what you may have seen some pros do. You mention you like the CB position on the last break, and want to duplicate that. To me, your standing up even before you strike the CB is a hindrance to accuracy...as seen by all of the breaks...very inconsistent results. Stay down, quit trying to put body movement into the break. It is difficult enough just to accurately strike the CB, without trying to add body weight into the break. The pros you see doing that have very superb timing...something that most amateur players do not. Try keeping your body still, and just let the cue do the work. :D
