It’s commonly referred to as an oversight or oops. Nothing more.

The outcome is typically that the FS thread gets updated and it
usually helps the seller avoid losing time on completing the sale.

For some reason, you take it as a personal affront and are inclined to

He's selling a Hercek and his businessis Integrity Cues. I'm 100% certain he knows the importance of cue specs in a sale posting. You probably shouldn't frame it like he doesn't.
