I like the looks of this. I have no doubts that Jeff will master this joint as well. The plain BEM cue looks very tempting too!

Not yet but I will very soon. It's gonna have ivory inlays :)

If the back half looks as good as the front half. Which I have no douts.
Its gonna be a sweeeeeet player for sure. Keep us all updated Tony.

Nice looking cue in the works there. I might have to break down and buy one of these cues with that type of joint.
 
Pic of butt

Here's the butt of this cue and a couple of other ones after the cue was sprayed.
This cue is going to someone in Va. I will post pics of mine as soon as I get them :)

You can't ask for much more than that. It looks like the ultimate player. Very sweet.
 
My 1/2 steel joint

Here's a sneak preview of mine. Check out the birdseye on the forearm :)

The butt is ebony of course and the inlays are ivory :)

I still have it. Remember how I got it, right? Good to see pic posts of some of your cues! What ever happened to the Spain you got when we were at the Naval station in '80 - '84?

Ed, i sold the Spain to TJ the cue i regret selling was the Gus i bought from Skinner. The cue was new mint cond. was Gus's personal cue according to Skinner ask him how he got it, said he took his new vette out for a test drive and ended up in Pa. at Gus's door. He hit a few racks with it said it was too stiff so i bought it 3 seconds later. The other Gus i had may have been Billy Graves old cue, had the recangles in the prong and butt. i would like to thank everyone for all the nice comments. Jeff O
