Another question and I promise I will try not ot make this a habit.

A re-rack is initiated due to a stalemate. In this case the players will be able to play safe without either gaining an advantage indefinitely. They'll simply touch the reds, neither wanting to try and send the cueball to the baulk end of the table.

Both players have to agree to a re-rack.
