Another ridulous eBay scam

marketing

to me it is called marketing if you can market a product and sell it for more then someone esle that is not a bad thing.

The second one, with the lower price, is only cheaper if you're in Canada ("US $4.99 + $2.50 Canada Post Small Packets - USA United States ")

They are two different items. Very similar, but different. The more expensive one has a rubber grommet in the hole, the cheaper one doesn't.

Wow thats dumb.... If you look closely they are both the same Exact thing... I have a moosehead, and that bridge-it just stole the idea.
This is patent infringement and im sure that the moosehead company can try and get a pretty penny out of them. Either that or someone can try and black-mail them in return for a predator cue by threatening them with legal issuses.

It may be morally corrupt, but I don't see it as being a scam.

You called it an "eBay scam." There is no eBay scam going on. They are two different eBay users, selling two different products. They both look exactly the same.

Maybe you have some question as to why they look the same? Well, somewhere along the line, the original Spinali bridge quickly had "knockoffs." I have no idea what the business relationship is, and I'm not here to speculate. The Spinali bridge I believe has "Spinali" molded into it. The other copies do not.

The other copies are being sold as we speak by billiard supply companies as "The Bat Bridge." And it is being sold for 1/2 the price of the Spinali.

If it's ridiculous, the answer is easy. You just don't buy it. There's nothing criminal or morally corrupt about this at all.
