another rules question

I was playing a match of 14.1 there were two balls left on the table and they were both by the corner pocket. One ball was very close to hanging and the other about 2 inches away. I attempted to pocket the ball that was 2 inches away and as a result both balls locked into the corner and were hanging over the lip but frozen in place.
What is the rule? BTW, it took a lot of pressure to free the balls loose.

Both balls are considered made balls. Counts two points for the shooter. All fifteen balls are racked and the shooter continues with cue ball in place.

Note: Only one object ball or the cue ball must hit a rail for the next shot to be a legal shot.
