I have no problems with nicklets and his raffles. They have been run smoothly.

I just don't want to be blamed for not paying for the last spot on time..
According to his last post before the fri night drawing date above, it says he wanted to wait till the next day for hank to pay before he gives the spot to other people. So on Friday, I was waiting for him to contact me via pm or email to let me know that hank hasn't paid, because I don't want to send an extra payment if hank did pay. I just think that the communication was lacking.

If I would have gotten an email or PM that said hank didn't pay, I could have sent a paypal within minutes of receiving the email.

But Nicklets probably has a good reason for not getting online Friday. So, I am not blaming him. I don't blame anyone. I look forward to the drawing next week. :)

One thing for sure.... Dan is not obligated to go with any particular day. If the spot it not paid for whatever reason, he has the right, with no explanation required, to not run the raffle.

There is also no necessity to reject someone's spot and sell it to another, whether we agree with that or not or whether people are anxious to "pull the trigger" or not. He can give someone all the time to pay that he desires.

knight-of-pool I am sorry that the raffle did not go off on a day that your number came up. To enter or not enter future raffles is your choice. But no one can claim foul when the raffle is not announced and not held on any particular day.

The only responsibility that a raffler has, IMO, is to announce beforehand when the raffle will be run. Period. After that, fate and luck take over.

BTW, there is mathematically an exact equal chance that the same number will come up on Tuesday, or whenever the raffle is run, as the chance for any other number. It's only psychological reasoning that suggests that this number now has a lesser chance.

Good luck to all when the raffle does take place.

Dan and I talked, and I also apoligized if I came off the wrong way. I had an opinion about certain things, but it in no way means that Dan is nothing but a good guy.Good luck everyone!
 
Thanks Ross for feeling for me. I was hoping that I won but it was a misunderstanding between ppl. Dan is a great guy and a great AZer. Just hope I can get lucky twice in a row. Anyways best of luck to all.

man dan i am two for two for your raffles!!! you can thank me later for bumping this raffle cause after i picked my numbers the whole thing filled up LOL!! i'll pm you with my choice. I won three cues tonight,that has to be some record!
