Last night I went to Diamonds to play in their weekly friday night Tournament. I was surprised to have the house pro "Chris" take a moment while going over the rules with the house to point me out to the room. He made mention of the post that I had put about Diamonds and how it was an awsome pool room. He asked that the room log on to Azbilliards not just to see what I wrote, but because it is an excellent site about pool, he asked that the room give me a round of applause. I was honered and shocked at the same time. It was nice to see a pool room give back to its customers. They continue to donate money from the bar to the tournament, and the owner is just what pool in general needs, a guy who cares about the people that play in his tournaments. He matches the pot and continues to put money in the big rack..which by the way a guy named Ken hit last night for 500.00 bucks..I think he only played 3 or 4 balls out of the ten ball rack before he missed..so not bad. I have to say i trully love that room and would tell anyone..if your in Richmond..the state of Va...or any ajoining state..you have got to come to this room and enjoy yourself...and DEAR GOD THE PRIME RIB DINNER THEY HAD LAST NIGHT FOR 9.00 BUCKS WASSSSS SINFUL....
