This was in the tournament section and I got no answer:

Saturday Before 1st Sunday One Pocket.
-$200 added.
-32 player limit.
-Practice at 12:30, starts at 1pm.
-Race to 2, Finals to 3.
-Alternate Break.
-$20 entry, $30 optional side pot.
-4 Ball in kitchen rule still in effect, aggressively enforced.

Can someone explain the bolded portion?

-4 Ball in kitchen rule still in effect, aggressively enforced.

I think it means that only 4 balls are allowed to come to rest in the kitchen at one time and any more are spotted. It's to keep the game downtable where more shots will be tried.

put a friggin shot clock on the matches, or shorter races. To say you can't put balls in a certain area of the table is against the nature of the game. If I get a big lead early in a game....I'm sending them up!

whats next....you gonna tell me how hard to hit my 9ball break!?...oh, uh, wait....

Exactly, Gerry. 9 ball has already been manipulated to speed it up. I know, short rack with ball in hand on all fouls one pocket.
