Any 90/90 folks in the Tampa Bay area?

I got the 90/90 DVD & book. I've put in time on the table, but no success. My understanding is that 90/90 proponents consider the techniques to be pretty easy. Is there anyone nearby that would help me get over the hump by meeting me at a poolroom and explaining the points that are eluding me?
