Any AZ'ers from Milwaukee.....?

There are a lot of good players in milwaukee. If you go to the tournys mentioned you will meet quite a few. I still play 3-4days a week @ Lennys. Send a pm if you like, Scott

Never been to Lennys, been in the area lots but I think thats what scares me off if you know what I mean.
 
I thought I would respond to this post. I am a fellow Milwaukee guy myself. I just started to get into pool alot in the past few months and stumbled across AZB. I haven't played anywhere really, just the UWM union. I'm not sure where else to play. The only place I have every really been told to go to was Romines.

Anyways, glad to be here, maybe we will run across eachother sometime.
 
Just chiming in. I'm from Waukesha myself. Started playing when I was in Madison for college. An AZB gettogether would be awesome if you ask me. I can't come until next year though! I'm in Korea until then.
 
Wow I wasn't expecting to wake up to my old thread at the top of the list. I am always for planning a AZ'er gathering like at Romines. I have befriended (emails only so far) another Wisconsinite who found me here. Maybe WI is starting to get the recognition it needs...lol. I shoot at Romines on Tuesday. I have my worst record ever right now, even worse then when I started playing pool! They put my friend and I(who I usually shoot with only in spring) in the advanced league. Getting the table run on me left and right. And with my 4-5 ball run average (I really need to buckle down and practice) I just clear the path for these guys to go to town and finish the game. I will be at Romines this weekend celebrating my bachelor party, it is where I met my fiancé. So maybe I'll use getting married as my excuse, so after the honeymoon (HAWAII) I''ll buckle down and really practice; seriously!

A get together would be cool. Warning to all though, I am not very good. Just a new guy learning the game.

I am just learning, but I love it. Sometimes I can string together a 4 or 5 ball run, but it's usually only 2 or 3, and sometimes 1 and done, lol.

I just need practice and some good guys to play against/learn from.

LOL I'm from Chicago, living in the mad city. I'll trade ya the pool crowd. I think there are only 2-3 people in town that will gamble.:(
 
There is also a big money league in Kenosha called the KPBL. It is very competitive. They had 48 teams this year. Claudio plays in the KPBL too. If you see him, he can tell you all about it.
