Any Cue Makers in Cebu Phillipines?

I have a friend in Cebu, Phillipines right now and he wanted to find a cue maker there but is having a hard time finding one. Anyone know if there are any in that area?

Sorry to tell but there is no cuemakers in Cebu, you will find a lot in Manila.

yes there are a lot of neat pool halls there. Cebu is a very nice place to hang out as well like Mandaue City.
