Any good quality cue repair people in Louisville KY?

Does anyone know of anyone that does really good quality pool cue repairs in the Louisville KY area?

I just want to get my shafts cleaned (they are very dirty from what looks like years of built up dirt from a lot of play), and if possible, I would like a cue repair person to make the shafts look brand new (and feel very smooth, with all of the best treatments that can be done for no dirt to easily get back in to the wood).

Anyone know of anyone that does a very good shaft cleaning job in the Louisville area?

I am hoping that it would not cost more then $10 per shaft for a very good cleaning (that would include the removal of very light nicks/dings in the shafts, even though I can't feel any, some very light ones may still be there, because the shafts are very dirty).

In my opinion, you're asking for a "deep cleaning" for a "light cleaning" price. It takes time to properly do what you're asking- at least without sanding a half mm off the shaft.
