Any good straight pool players in Fort Worth

I live in Fort Worth and am looking for other players that love this game as much as I do. There is a straight pool league at the pool room I play at but most play 8 ball (I run a pool tournament - 8 ball on Saturdays). Its a place called Volcanos. Anyhow - if there are some good players that like the game as I do let me know. I have a table at home (9 foot Gold Crown III) that I enjoy playing on. Just looking for someone to play against.

Hey Chris!

We need to get together (and Donovan) and shoot some soon! If you're up for it on Sat, maybe we can do something early at Volcano's! Straight Pool has to be easy on those glass surface tables! :p
 
Go to CLICK's Billiards(360) on any Sunday and ask for a Black Gentleman by the name of Claude......randyg
 
I know Claude pretty well. He kicks my @$$ pretty nicely at (well everything) 14.1. We don't get to play much though. I wouldn't mind a regular game.
 
Does Dick Lane still play much? I always hear about him, but I didn't know he still played much.

All Fort Worth 14.1'ers should speak up, regardless. I am terrible at this game but love playing it. Chris, I'll come hang out anytime, just give me a call. Samiel beat me badly last time we played, so he might be better competition for you. *wink* Nice to see you guys on one thread! I can't make it on Saturday, but would have liked too!
 
I've played Chris 8-ball thrice... the first time I won, the second time I lost, and the third time Chris was nice enough to give me the theoretical win and I think we split the money. :p (2nd and 3rd time were in the same tournament) Chris is quite the player!

Donovan and I never played 8-ball though... :p
