Any ideas as to who makes these?

Any idea as to who made this custom?

Edit: The second cue was identified so I removed the pictures for it and am now just trying to find the maker and estimated value of the custom.

***** I posted this in "Cue and Case Gallery" but am thinking this might be the better place for it. I don't know how to delete my other post though. *****

Hi. I'm debating purchasing the following cues. I've included the information about them that I know and other then the specifics I was told the first is a custom and the second is just an unknown maker.. With that being said I was wondering if anyone recognized the work and also if they could tell me an estimated worth of each. Thank you very much for reading.

SW style

I am not positive, but there used to be a guy in California (I think) called KC Cues that made a bunch of SW knockoffs... It looks similar to me...

Not KC

KC never made anything like this.
KC cues were made in China and sold by a guy in Freemont, CA and perhaps by others.
Most were 3/8-12, a few were Radial

You really need better photos, that's some wild wood you got there.
There's too much glare and light reflection, photography isn't your strong point, 4Sure!

I'll ask the seller to take more. Thank you for the reply.

Edit: I updated the first post with the pictures he just sent me with less glare.
